Studio 2B Advisor Training (3 hours: Required)

PRE-REQUISITE: Orientation and New Leader Basic Trainings

The pilot period is over for this resource change for Girl Scouts 11-17. If you have not attended this advisor training, plan to do so this year!

For new and experienced leaders/advisors and group consultants working in partnership with Girl Scouts ages 11 to 17, in the 6th through 12th grades. Get tips for relating to and working with girls in three distinct age levels. Discuss techniques for keeping up with the girls’ changing needs while adding flexibility and options to help keep girls involved. Explore the Studio 2B program resources for our Girl Scouts 11-17, discover the anatomy of the Studio 2B Focus Books, and find out where you stand on real and current issues for girls ages 11-17. Find out about the “4 B’s,” By Girls For Girls approach to the girl/adult partnership, and celebrate the diversity of this wonderful age group!
