There are several ways to support Girl Scouts. You can volunteer
or make a financial gift to support the Girl Scout Council of the
Apalachee Bend. Your gift to Girl Scouts helps ensure that girls will
have the confidence, courage, strength, and determination to succeed
at what they choose to do in life.
Juliette Gordon Low Society members are recognized for their
contributions that provide for the Girl Scout movement today and in
the future. The generous gifts of the Society's members to the general
fund help the Girl Scout Council of the Apalachee Bend continue to
improve its excellent reputation for program services and the
development of girls throughout the Council service area. Those
members of the Society who make a gift to the council's endowment fund
of money/property or securities of $5,000 or more in value, or make a
planned gift, such as including the Girl Scout Council of the
Apalachee Bend in a will, naming the council as an insurance policy
beneficiary, or including the council in a trust, secure the future of
tomorrow's Girl Scouts.
The individual Gift Giving Campaign allows you to make your personal
contribution to the Girl Scout Council of the Apalachee Bend and shows
that you recognize the Girl Scout Organization provides girls an
opportunity to discover fun, friendship, power of girls together and
provides opportunities to build skills for a lifetime of success.

Commit To A Girl is a national online fundraising initiative to
generate financial support for local councils and further strengthen
Girl Scouts' position as the premier advocate for girls. Our council
site can be accessed by going to the
Commit-To-A-Girl web site and
selecting “Apalachee Bend” as the council choice.
A "gift in-kind" is a contribution of goods or services given in
lieu of money, i.e. and donation of equipment, supplies , materials
or services. Every reported contribution will be acknowledged
by the Fund Development Department of the Girl Scout Council of the
Apalachee Bend.
